As a Service Crew, you will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring high standards of service. You will also be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests and fostering a positive environment. You will maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
• Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods or drinks while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage preparation.
• Positive attitude with commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• A polite, engaging personality.
• Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, portion sizes, and the presence of common allergens.
• Must be efficient and energetic, multitasking to complete multiple orders or switching between different types of activities.
• Willingness to adapt to different roles and job duties as the need arises.
• Ability to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
