    • New Product Design Verification: Perform pre-silicon design verification using CAD tools and Verilog simulations. Collaborate with designers to debug test mode issues and propose solutions.

    • Test Coverage Development: Develop new or optimize existing test to ensure coverage meeting product intrinsic and extrinsic quality requirement.

    • Yield Improvement: Investigate NAND failures and develop yield improvement solutions through silicon/device characterization, design/circuit analysis, and detailed data analysis.

    • Cost Reduction: Implement technical innovations to optimize test flows and reduce test time while maintaining quality and yield requirements.

    • Organization Spokesperson and Expert: Provide expert analysis on projects, technical issues, or innovations to team members, managers, and executives. Serve as the primary contact for your area of expertise.

    • Technology Events Participation: Actively participate in conferences, workshops, and forums to stay updated with industry trends and developments.

    • Leadership in Complex Projects: Lead and drive complex multi-disciplinary or area-specific projects critical to the organization.

    • Promotion of Innovation: Promote innovation and drive changes to maintain the company's competitive edge.

    • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop team members to contribute to their growth and the organization.

    Key Requirements:

    • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in NAND memory product engineering.

    • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and delivering high-quality products.

    • In-depth knowledge of NAND memory technology, design principles, and fabrication processes.

    • Proficiency in electrical failure analysis lab tools, simulation software, and other engineering tools.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication and manufacturing processes.

    • Proficient in bench/lab tools for device characterization, electrical failure analysis, and fault isolation.

    • Deep understanding of semiconductor memory product design, including circuitry, layout, firmware, CMOS devices, cell technology, and device physics.

    • Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis for memory product design and wafer fabrication issues.

    • Experienced in design-for-test methodologies, with the ability to develop targeted test algorithms and flows.

    • Capable of identifying patterns and anomalies in large datasets and applying domain-specific knowledge to support issue resolution.

    • Good understanding of ML/AI/Automation concepts and hands-on experience with ML/AI/Automation projects.

    • Strong growth mindset, able to embrace change, challenge the status quo, and continue learning in a fast-paced environment.

    • Publications or patents in NAND memory technology.

    • Experience with advanced memory technologies (e.g., 3D NAND, RG NAND, QLC, etc.).

    • Familiarity with reliability testing and characterization of memory products.

    • Expertise in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.

    • Prior experience in a technical leadership role within the semiconductor industry
