Senior Vice President, POM Product Management (Markets)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our POM Product management team. This role is in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

1. Product Manager for Workflow Definition and Communication
   1. Define New Workflow: Develop and implement streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the FX, FI, and Equity trading businesses
   2. Internal Project Management: Drive projects by collaborating with Tech, Risk, and other infrastructure partners, ensuring seamless execution.
   3. Commercial Discussions: Lead commercial discussions with external stakeholders, fostering strategic partnerships and opportunities.
   4. Representation and Prioritization: Represent the business in senior management meetings, driving prioritization and strategic decision-making.
2. Product Manager for Business Scaling and Coordination
   1. Second Line and Operations Engagement: Facilitate discussions with second line, operations, and onboarding teams to scale the business effectively.
   2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Establish SLAs with internal and external partner teams to create a robust framework for scaling the business.
   3. Accountability for Sales and Trading: Ensure sales and trading teams are accountable for their input in product development, aligning their needs with business goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

1. Workflow and Communication: Expertise in defining workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive projects across various departments.
2. Risk, Pricing, and Trade Lifecycle: In-depth knowledge of FX and FI markets, risk management, pricing strategies, and the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
3. Scalability and Coordination: Ability to create scalable solutions, manage SLAs, and coordinate across multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
