What you'll be doing

As an AI Pair- Programmer, who will be using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to design and drive blockchain solutions for our core product. Your focus is shipping production-grade blockchain integrations and features.

  • Define software functionality through well-crafted natural language prompts to LLMs
  • Collaborate efficiently with product and design teams to quickly scope, prototype, and build high-quality production-grade blockchain features and applications.
  • Share best practice with the team to improve overall efficiency in using AI, through tools and architectural recommendations.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor) to generate, test, and refine code
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for functionality, accuracy, security, and performance
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues, including through prompt refinement or manual edits as needed
  • Maintain documentation of development processes, limitations, and AI behavior patterns
  • Stay informed about best practices, new tools, and emerging capabilities in LLM-driven development
What you'll need
  • AI-obsessed, High-frequency and intentional AI usage across coding, testing, documentation, and refactoring —
    with a clear validation loop, measurable improvements in quality, speed, or reliability, and the ability to turn AI-assisted workflows into a repeatable system, not ad-hoc prompts.
  • Extensive software engineering experience (typically 5+ years or equivalent impact), with strong architectural thinking and a proven track record of designing, building, and delivering complex systems end-to-end, including reasoning about system boundaries, abstractions, and long-term trade-offs.
  • Owner mindset with clear and structured communication, combining strong learning agility and curiosity with the ability to quickly form mental models of new tools, technologies, and paradigms — and apply them pragmatically to make sound technical decisions, articulate trade-offs, and drive effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Deep understanding and genuine interest in blockchain and DeFi, including how decentralized systems actually work in practice (not just surface-level enthusiasm), and the ability to evaluate trade-offs in security, scalability, and user experience.
