Job Description Summary
The Real Estate Valuer will be responsible for executing property valuations for various clients, including financial institutions, government agencies, and corporations. They will support sales targets, conduct market research, inspections, and data analysis, and handle specialized valuations as needed.

About the role:
- Work with your manager in meeting sales target
- Take lead in execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients.
- Provide guidance and manage interns (if required) and handle all operational related issues/ matters.
- Able to do indicatives, inspections, data searching and/or derivative valuation.
- To be involved in business development and other initiative work that may be required.
- Undertake portfolio work and non-standard/ specialized valuations (where required)
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
- Cross-sell other teams’ capabilities when the opportunity arises.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property valuation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local property laws and taxation policies.
