JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB SUMMARY

To achieve annual sales target set for the assigned region and sustain business and increase market share in the set region. To maximize sales volume and market share of designated products within an assigned region

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned region.

Utilize available sales analysis tools to assist in region planning.

Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilize key customer networks.

Utilize internal resources to assist servicing customers within your region.

Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.

Assist cases in the OT and conduct product demos, training sessions and presentations for the HCPs.

Manage both distributors and direct accounts for the assigned region.

Assist with product marketing and launches.

Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity. Attend company sales meetings as required.

Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfill your duties.

Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.

Execute the job and division responsibilities according to applicable ASJM Standard Operating Procedures.

Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager.

Strategic selling with the help of sales planning and sales analysis in every account

Meeting customer and sharing the features and benefits of the product.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation in Science – B. Sc, B Pharma, BE & B. Tech Biomedical Engineering. MBA preferred.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

7 - 12 years of experience in selling medical devices. Capital equipment sales experience is an added advantage.
