Why this role?

We’re looking for an empathetic, curious, and experienced professional to join our Customer Solutions Organization to help retain and grow Snyk’s customer base. As a Senior Technical Success Manager (TSM), you'll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale. You will help customers enable security within their Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps transformations through the adoption of the Snyk Platform. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle, using data-driven analysis to advise customers on change management decisions that unlock business value and expand product adoption.

What You’ll Do:
  • Orchestrate a complex onboarding program and effectively mobilize cross-functional resources to ensure customer success.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers that will eventually turn them into referenceable Customers.

  • Influence the customer to nominate key stakeholders that are critical to the success of the project and elevate Snyk into the customers leadership/executive teams.

  • Drive the adoption of using Snyk as a product post implementation and identify opportunities for expansion.

  • Proactively engage with internal departments (Sales, Product, R&D) to improve processes and ultimately Customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and facilitate business review meetings (QBRs), training sessions, product feedback/roadmap reviews, and other strategic customer interactions.

  • Advocate internally for the needs of your customers by interacting with Product Core teams representing Customer Success and the Customers.

What You Bring:
  • Experience in leading technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists, and/or partners.

  • Experience working closely with highly technical customers within the Enterprise/strategic (Fortune 100) space in North America.

  • Strong understanding of developer workflows, AppSec, and can consult regarding industry standards for development.

  • Great communication and collaboration skills; you can facilitate challenging discussions and are adept at handling objections.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action to challenge the status quo with well-presented options.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
  • Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools.

  • Have a developer background or any kind of experience with coding.

  • Possess a history of problem solving and innovation developing technology programs.

  • Can host a team lunch that gets everyone talking or know how to keep presentations fun.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience.
