Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our expanding recruitment team in Singapore. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract and secure top talent. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the selection process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including requisition management, development of position descriptions, recruitment strategy, candidate selection, reference checks, salary negotiations, and facilitation of the onboarding process.
  • Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of job requirements, candidate qualifications, and alignment with the role. Use these insights to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
  • Develop, implement, and continually improve high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes. Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to adhere to best practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Develop creative and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and build a diverse talent pool through various channels including social media, employee referrals, direct contact recruiting, internet data mining, job boards, and internal/external networks.
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes by researching best practices, obtaining feedback from new hires and hiring managers, and utilizing data to refine and enhance processes over time.
  • Coordinate business unit screenings, technical assessments, and role-play exercises with relevant team members to thoroughly evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update the Workday system daily to accurately track sourcing and screening activities, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process.
  • Build strong connections with the broader HR community, including global, regional, and local HR partners, to collaboratively deliver solutions and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Pre-Requisites :

  • 5-8 years of extensive recruitment experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industries. Experience in recruitment consultancy or headhunting is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends in areas such as software engineering, product management, and data science.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes that align with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage large volumes of work, and perform independently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using online networking tools and recruitment databases, with a demonstrated ability to identify and access new professional networks.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements and best practices related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; ability to effectively influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment processes and tracking candidate progress.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a global team and adapt to changing priorities.
