What You Will Achieve
This role is responsible for implementing and administering technical and compliance training programs for the colleagues based in the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturing site. This role focuses on the gap analysis, training coordination, designing, and delivering learning programs to deliver flawless execution and career/workforce progression.

Use the Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) "way of working" for day-to-day operations, problem solving, escalations and continuous improvements.
How You Will Achieve It
- Create Job Training Curriculum's with line managers and trainers
- Design and deliver appropriate technical and quality compliance training to site colleagues according to business needs.
- Coach and train the trainers to design and develop trainings to improve knowledge and skills in their function and site performance
- Participate in the investigation of deviations in the plant associated with learning gap errors and recommend appropriate learning solutions to aid in reducing human errors to improve business processes and site performance
- Keep up to date with technical skills and training tools and participate and represent Technical Learning in regulatory audits
- Conduct learning assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of transfer of knowledge and skills
- Identify innovative ideas to continuously improve training delivery and outcome
- Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions
- Uphold Pfizer's code of conduct and values
- Play an active and impactful role to deliver flawless execution in the Business Excellence, Process Centric Team (PCT) by updating performance against metrics, highlighting & resolving issues, with appropriate escalations
- Work with the PCT to identify and drive improvements as per the Continuous Improvement goals of the PCT
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree
- Certification in Training or Adult Education
- 5+ years relevant experience preferably in in the pharmaceutical or any other regulated industry
- Experienced in assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing, and developing solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Ability to develop impactful training material using variety of techniques (short videos, e-leaning modules etc.) {Presentation skills}
- Experience in engaging multiple stakeholders and driving to alignment and action.
- Ability to communicate with and influence peers and leaders
- Skilled collaborating as part of a team and working independently to deliver results.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and independently to resolve issues
- Possesses a can-do / pride to succeed attitude
- Embraces the use of digital technology to scale and speed up every form of interaction and action
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Knowledgeable of current trends in training and organization development theory
