The Senior Technical Business Analyst leads projects focusing on technology and business process improvement. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, analyzing business processes, collaborating with technical teams for software development, coordinating user acceptance testing, and providing ongoing support to end-users.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex projects in the areas of technology and business process improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the requirement gathering process, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Analyze and document complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending technology solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop high-quality software applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring that all issues and defects are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing any questions or concerns related to system functionality and usage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technology and business analysis, actively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Very strong market risk skills
- FRTB IMA / SA knowledge and experience
- Prefer good knowledge in market data setup in murex
- Excellent knowledge in eliciting and prepare requirements and functional specifications
