Job Summary:
The Senior Learning & Development Executive supports the Corporate Academy in designing, coordinating, and executing learning initiatives that build organizational capability and enhance performance. The role focuses on the delivery of leadership and functional development programmes, learning operations, and capability‑building initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between learning strategies and business priorities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, this role plays a key part in strengthening a continuous learning culture and supporting the development of current and future capabilities across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Learning Programme Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate and support end‑to‑end implementation of leadership, functional, and core capability development programmes under the Corporate Academy
- Manage learning operations including scheduling, logistics, participant communications, and post‑programme follow‑ups to ensure seamless delivery
- Support the rollout of blended learning solutions (workshops, digital learning, on‑the‑job application)
2. Stakeholder Partnership & Needs Analysis
- Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to identify learning and capability needs aligned with business priorities
- Translate identified needs into actionable learning solutions and programme plans
- Support cross‑functional collaboration to embed learning into day‑to‑day work practices
3. Capability & Leadership Development Support
- Support leadership development, career pathways, and competency‑based learning initiatives
- Contribute to succession planning, talent reviews, and capability‑building efforts by providing learning insights and programme support
- Assist in strengthening critical skills and leadership pipelines through structured learning interventions
4. Learning Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on learning participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics
- Prepare learning reports and insights to support data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement
- Maintain learning records, dashboards, and documentation
5. Vendor & Programme Management
- Coordinate with external facilitators and vendors to ensure quality delivery and alignment with learning objectives
- Manage programme logistics, materials, and communications to ensure a positive learner experience
6. Learning Culture & Engagement
- Contribute to building a strong learning culture by promoting continuous learning opportunities and best practices
- Support learning culture activations and internal communications that encourage employee participation and ownership of development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. MBA/Master’s degree in Organizational Development would be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Development/Learning & Development, or HR Programmes
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with learning data, reports, and multiple programmes
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
