Responsible for managing the entire recruitment life-cycle for a variety of different profiles, provide a state-of-the-art candidate experience and ensure that the bank has a diverse and high-performing workforce aligned to our company’s goals and values.

YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networking platforms and events

  • Advertise job opportunities, screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, cultural fit and conduct reference checks

  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices

  • Enhance our employer brand by promoting the bank as employer of choice, e.g. through the participation at different recruiting events

  • Offer and negotiation talks, initiation of employment agreements

  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to track

  • Report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data driven insights to stakeholders

  • Good conceptual skills and experienced to adapt processes to best serve your clients, act as a sparring partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition Desk

  • Make sure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations

YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruiting

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and interview methodologies

  • Proven track record of executing successfully recruitment projects, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices and technologies

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English and French

  • Drive for results and ability to set priorities, able to coordinate process steps in order to meet tight deadlines at all times and also under challenging circumstances

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient user of technology, including Application Tracking Systems (Workday)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, data visualisation etc)

  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle high volumes at peak time
