monday.com is rapidly growing and attracting the best talent to join our teams is our top priority! We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner who will identify top talent for monday.com and lead the recruiting lifecycle for our Business functions. Our NYC team recruits team members in our main hubs across the Americas including NYC, Denver, Atlanta and Remote! 

You’ll work to build strong relationships with business leaders across our global sites and be responsible for managing the recruiting process from start to finish. You will profile the best candidates, develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talents, build the most effective hiring process with an exceptional candidate experience, and take part in designing monday.com future culture.

Please note this a hybrid role working 3 days/week in our NYC office.

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (for a SaaS organization is preferred).
  • Proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process.
  • Experience sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and determining priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers in various locations globally. 
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, culture add, reference check, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. 
  • Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
