Senior Systems Engineer - Finance Systems

This role requires a strong understanding of both the business processes and the technical underpinnings of NetSuite to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with organisational goals.</span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will work alongside a Senior Staff Systems Engineer. Our ideal candidate will not only possess in-depth knowledge across Netsuite, but will also be willing to have an open mindset to learn and support systems across our finance technology stack, such as Celigo and Coupa.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office.<br></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Netsuite modules - ARM,&nbsp; Reports, Integration, Configuration, APM, Scripts, Workflow and Reports</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;<strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and processes focussing on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Analytics</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Think broadly about processes and their dependencies, and create well-designed solutions beyond the immediate opportunity</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Configure, customize, and maintain various NetSuite modules (e.g., ARM, GL,AR, AP, Assets)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement workflows, scripts, saved searches, automations, and integrations to streamline business processes</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide key business insights</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite and Coupa related issues through support tickets&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Stay current on system&nbsp; features and functionalities and have understanding of release management&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in system upgrades and migrations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain detailed documentation of system processes, configuration, and technical design</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support configuration testing activities including UAT to E2E in close partnership with the business</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;Assist in developing overall Financial Systems roadmap recommendations<br></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support and maintain across additional financial systems, such as Coupa</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills We’re Looking For<br><br></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience working as a NetSuite Analyst or similar ERP role</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules (Financials)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with SQL queries and reporting tools is a plus</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy<br></span></li>
