How you will make an impact:
• Lead complex investigations to address employee concerns and policy violations. Work directly with internal legal counsel and execute independently on recommendations. Exercise good judgement in developing case findings and recommendations, including highly ambiguous situations
• Plan and lead the execution of local and regional employee relations programs, based on business needs, in alignment with overall global ER strategy. Recommend and lead the implementation of continuous process improvements
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (up to Sr Dir) and HRBL'S (e.g., coaching, counseling, training, and disciplinary actions)
• Analyze data, identify trends, draw conclusions, present data to local stakeholders; make recommendations related to identified trends
• Develop and document employee relations processes and procedures

What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 5 years of previous related experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources Business partner role Required

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including customer negotiating and relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Substantial understanding and knowledge of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to employee relations
• Substantial knowledge of employee relations, local and regional employment law, requirements as well as EW coaching and counseling resources
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
