A Snapshot 

As the Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will play a strategic leadership role within the Technology – Technical Solutions function, partnering closely with Customer Success and cross-functional stakeholders across the business. In this role, you will drive customer-centric solution outcomes and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of our APAC data centre portfolio by:  

  • Leading the development of a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic business objectives to ensure strong alignment between technical solutions and commercial outcomes  
  • Driving the end-to-end delivery of customer solutions and products across the full data centre lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational excellence  
  • Translating complex customer requirements into strategic design initiatives for data centre projects across the APAC region, while delivering high-impact presentations and recommendations to customers, executive leadership, and key stakeholders.  

Your Day to Day 

  • Lead RFP and oversee the development of critical technical and engineering deliverables for strategic customer opportunities 
  • Drive the creation of technical and sales collateral, including high-level M&E schematics, solution architectures, and customer-facing presentations 
  • Develop scalable, high-level space planning and engineering solutions tailored to customer business and operational requirements  
  • Champion innovative engineering initiatives across design optimisation, technical calculations, and advanced infrastructure solutions  
  • Provide leadership and technical direction in the development of solutions for our customers.  
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact pitch decks, executive presentations, and strategic customer collateral to support business growth and customer engagement  
  • Partner and collaborate with the connectivity team to support network and interconnection solution strategies across the region for our Customer. 
  • Lead customer-facing workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder engagements, driving alignment across business, commercial, and engineering teams.  
  • Play a key role in technical and contractual lease negotiations, including the development and review of technical exhibits, service level agreement and solution documentation. 
  • Lead and drive internal and external stakeholders meeting. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Design, Technical Solutions, selling or consultancy 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECE), equivalent Degree can be considered. 
  • Fluent in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and good knowledge of BlueBeam and AutoCad 
  • Analytical mindset 
  • Exceptional technical writing, documentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, strategic messaging for customers, partners, and senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex technical and commercial considerations, balance competing priorities, and drive effective outcomes in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Willing to learn, good attitude and proactive
