 Placements.io is seeking a technically savvy Senior Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, leading solution design, Salesforce implementations, and integration projects across APAC. You will partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure clients achieve success with Placements.io. This position is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to gather business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement solutions on Salesforce, including custom objects, workflows, automations, and integrations with Placements.io's platform.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver compelling demos, solution proposals, and proof-of-concepts.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and best practices to drive adoption and long-term customer success.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce within Placements.io's APAC team.
• Based in Singapore

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions consulting, Salesforce implementation, or technical consulting role.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce skills (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud and CPQ a plus).

• Proven track record of leading complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications strongly preferred.

• Experience in SaaS, media, or ad tech industries is a plus.

• Based in Singapore

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the selected city:

Singapore - $150,000 SGD

The base salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
