Position SummarySenior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in client discussions, discovery sessions
- Collaborate with Technical Architect on solutioning and work estimations
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions
- Communicate with Project Team regarding status, technical issues, roadblocks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
- 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
- Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Salesforce CRM
- 2+ years' experience in design and development of applications, hands-on with Salesforce configuration, integration, Apex coding, and Lightning
- Prior experience with Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Salesforce APIs
- Experience working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Salesforce limitations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON)
- User Interface experience: Aura, Salesforce Visualforce, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience with multiple Sales and/or Service Cloud implementations
- Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership
- Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
