How you’ll make an impact


You’ll oversee the planning, creation, and execution of our social media and content strategy, ensuring that we’re reaching our target audience and achieving our business goals. As a content expert, you’ll play a key role in producing standout assets that captivate our audience, drive engagement, and enhance our brand presence across platforms.


What you’ll do


• Work alongside Global Social Media Leads (based in Melbourne, AU and London, UK) to develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.

• Own the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation through to production, copywriting, and scheduling - experience writing social copy and using Canva for design is critical; experience producing/editing social-first mobile video strongly preferred.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative partners (freelance: designers, videographers, copywriters,; agency partners) to develop compelling social-first content.

• Manage and monitor our social media channels, engaging with our audience and bringing our brand to life online.

• Drive creative innovation by experimenting with new content formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to maximize engagement.

• Ensure brand consistency across all social media content while adapting for platform best practices.

• Analyse social media and content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of our efforts.


What you’ll bring with you


• Proven track record of producing high-impact social content that drives engagement and brand affinity.

• Experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices.

• Experience in creating high-quality, engaging content for social media.

• Experience managing and growing TikTok accounts specifically.

• Proficiency in working with creative tools, video production workflows, and social media analytics.

• Proven track record of increasing follower growth and engagement rates.
