About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Social Media Manager (Lead), you will be a key player in defining and expanding our brand's digital footprint across all social media platforms. Collaborating closely with our dynamic marketing team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative social media strategies and campaigns that engage our audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive our message home. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for different social media channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and tone.
  • Oversee and streamline data tracking systems to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Apply creativity to design and implement innovative growth hacking strategies tailored to enhance user acquisition and retention.
  • Design and execute user acquisition strategies aimed at expanding the user base and driving growth.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data to refine approaches.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., token listings, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities to meet the team's social media and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a technology or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in content creation, with an excellent grasp of the English language.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, blockchain, and cryptocurrency is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
