Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Develop and implement innovation strategies that deliver competitive product solutions and position IFF as a market leader.
  • Stimulate ideation across the IFF community to uncover new consumer solutions and development processes.
  • Define key consumer learnings to build strong value propositions and gain competitive advantage.
  • Connect market, customer, and consumer needs to identify business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Write precise R&D briefings aligned with category strategy to guide innovation efforts.
  • Drive disciplined project execution with agility, ensuring alignment with business goals and speed to market.
  • Identify and resolve fragrance-related technical challenges while maintaining global visibility and strategic oversight.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insight teams to generate relevant insights and deepen understanding of market, consumer, and customer needs.
  • Mentor multidisciplinary talent and support team members in their growth and development.

What Makes You the Right Fit  

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in an international environment.
  • Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.
  • Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
  • Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets.
