Job Responsibilities :

Razer is looking for an individual with strong SAP functional experience in FICO, who will be involved in various disciplines such as Change Management, Incident Management and Project Management. In this position, the candidate will ensure smooth production operations, as well as oversee end-user requests that aim for business compliance or continuous process improvements. The candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert who can lead discussions with business teams when mapping out new business process scenarios.
As this is a senior role, the candidate must possess sound collaboration skills, to clearly conduct requirements gathering, to properly structured testing phase and to clearly coordinate well-thought cutover activities.
This position requires a multi-discipline individual that is a self-directed, adaptable individual who can work under pressure, along with proven experience working on complex, international, time-critical projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The SAP FICO Consultant will play a role in supporting SAP FICO module from incidents to change requests / projects. Prior BPC experience is a plus.
  • Subject matter expert for FICO module, with SD/MM integration knowledge preferred.
  • Participate in Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk function
  • Serve as key conduit to logistic personnel for supporting the finance and consolidation processes
  • Responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, documenting, and deploying FICO functionality
  • Liaise with business team to understand direction within their area of responsibility and support business initiatives
  • Recognizes impacts of changes and ensures appropriate due diligence is performed before making changes and conduct thorough testing before implementing to avoid rework
  • Review and recommend process revisions and improvements based on SAP FICO needs and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Business, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting is required
  • Minimum of 7 years of FICO experience in a production environment with SAP S4/HANA that include the design and configuration of SAP Finance modules (FI-CO)
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, go live and support
  • Possess good working knowledge of SAP ECC-BW/BI integration and some previous working experience on SAP Finance integration with BW/BI Environments ( e.g. SAP BW 7.4/7.5, HANA etc.) is preferred
  • SAP SD and MM integration experience
  • Implementation experience with BPC 11 is preferred but not essential
  • SAP or other ERP project management experience is a significant plus
  • International SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience communicating technical and business solutions and issues to all levels of individuals, including business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively across a complex and diverse group of stakeholders
  • Extensive Finance business process and functional knowledge
  • Ability to manage workload and deliverables in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and a collaborative approach, able to thrive working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Time management skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
