Job Description
Objectives:
To effectively engage physicians and healthcare providers to promote Takeda products, achieving individual sales targets, expedite hospital listing, ensuring timely hospital orders, product availability, and seamless order management with the Thai FDA.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and ensuring alignment with physicians' and healthcare providers' needs.
2.To organize scientific meetings, face to face or remotely aligned with marketing strategies: Group Product Presentation, Lecture Tour, Virtual Round table discussion, Booth exhibition with customers delivering customized presentations based on the customer's needs to drive brand awareness and treatment.
3. Secure product listing in responsible accounts, ensure supply continuity by overseeing hospital-level stock management, ensuring consistent supply and proactive follow-up with hospital pharmacists to facilitate timely orders
4.To provide approved electronic scientific information (e-detailing aid, approved email) and clinical support to healthcare providers, enhancing their confidence in physicians on Takeda products
5. To Analyze data and insights, develop business plan by account/territory and provide up to date area situation, sales performance in the territory on monthly basis
6. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all interactions including medical events, booth exhibition and promotions align with Takeda's honorable values and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
Sales Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree (Pharmaceutical science)
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Prior experience and familiarity with Psychiatry, particularly in ADHD portfolio management, strongly preferred
- Result-Oriented: Demonstrated capability to achieve listing expansion, success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and building strategic relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities to effectively engage with healthcare providers and convey compelling product insights.
Senior Sales Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree (Pharmaceutical science)
- At least two years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Psychiatry experience strongly preferred
- Successful Completion of sales training courses as required for first year in Professional Product Specialist / Professional Sales Specialist position.
- At least 2 years above average sales performance.
- Consistently demonstrates competencies that beyond expectations for Professional Sales Specialist for a minimum of one year
