Job Description

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE

The Senior Rewards Partner will join the Human Resource Team to independently manage and support Ubisoft’s rewards strategies and frameworks to achieve employee attraction, motivation and retention objectives. Reporting to the HR Director, the individual should enjoy highly analytical work and problem-solving in a dynamic environment, with the ability to independently prioritize multiple assignments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Total Rewards Programs Management

  • Effectively manage Ubisoft Total Rewards such as pay structure reviews, employees’ benefits, rewards and recognition programs
  • Review the effectiveness of existing Total Rewards programs, policies and practices to ensure relevance, market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Propose changes as needed in a cost-effective manner.

Salary Benchmarking & Surveys

  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking exercises, research data sources and analyze trends to identify gaps and propose recommendations to ensure salaries, incentives and retention strategies are competitive and responsive to the market
  • Support the Talent Acquisition & HR Partner teams in the development of salary proposals, internal and external benchmarks, provide updates on tools and processes, and support the talent selection process for offers (external and internal candidates)

Global Total Rewards Program

  • Manage the Ubisoft annual performance review process and provide an analysis of the impact of the outcome of the process at each cycle to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation and administration of global bonus and shares rewards programs, benefits and policies to ensure successful program delivery

Benefits Administration

  • Drive and coordinate wellbeing programs
  • Manage the administration and effectiveness of the insured employee benefits and keep abreast of changes in the industry
  • Review long and short-term incentives and policies and make recommendations

Stakeholders Management

  • Develop content and train employees, managers and members of the HR team on total compensation, related career architecture and mobility or talent pipeline related C&B;
  • Provide advisory support to HR business partners on rewards strategies and programs
  • Participate in OD projects with Talent Development team i.e job architecture implementation
  • Work with internal communication and editorial teams on rewards communication
  • Manage consultants and partner with external vendors to ensure program delivery

Others

  • Participate in HR global and local projects as required
  • Support HR Ops activities as assigned

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 6-8 years of related work experience in C&B
  • Strong work ethics; able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment act, regulations, tax and other statutory is a must
  • Strong numerical, research and analytical skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of job grading tool is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and partnership skills
  • Dependable, fast learner, proactive and adaptable to thrive within a fast-paced environment and able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Able to work both on a team and independently to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to succinctly summarize insights and quantitatively assess business and financial impact
