Mercer Careers is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office: Rewards Consultant / Senior Consultant

We will count on you to:

  • Be responsible for end-to-end client account management.

  • Deliver / provide support in delivery of broad-based rewards projects across domains in job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, STI design, performance management, etc.

  • Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion.

  • Manage and mitigate risks and ensure that a change control process is in place.

  • Guide analysts in project teams in technical aspects, and be accountable for the quality of their analyses.

  • Develop expertise and point of view within the allocated industry and generic reward trends for Singapore.

  • Identify, implement, and ensure that consistent standards of delivery excellence are in place.

  • Support business development and sales of executive compensation and broad-based rewards services in Singapore with responsibility of achieving the revenue targets by securing and upselling/expanding client relationships.

  • Deliver / provide support in delivery of executive compensation projects across domains in board evaluation, LTI design, KPI setting, executive compensation benchmarking, etc.

What you need to have: 

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of broad-based rewards experience in a consulting and/or in-house role. Expertise in executive compensation would be a plus.

  • Ability to manage projects independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent client engagement skills for presenting proposals, point of views, project outcomes, etc.

  • Target driven, agile and highly motivated.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.​
