Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $90K - $110K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
- Prepares journal entries and account reconciliations as part of monthly and annual financial close processes
- Collaborate with company's global accounting teams to ensure appropriate accounting of various revenue streams and partner accruals
- Collaborate with Order Management, Sales Operations and Renewals team to ensure that transactions are properly reported in Salesforce and booked in NetSuite
- Provide support with other accounting projects as needed
- Assist with preparation and documentation of Company's revenue recognition for material revenue transactions
- Assist with monthly analysis of actual revenue vs. forecast
- Supports the implementation of audit controls and monitoring processes
- Assists in identifying root causes of issues and driving effective resolutions

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior ASC 606 experience at a Software or SaaS based Company or public accounting experience involved with revenue testing is a must
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Must have exceptional organization and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Monday is a plus
- Prior experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements is a plus
- Professional experience in accounting/finance
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with others
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Excel
