Success Criteria for the role:

Plan and execute growth initiatives with senior stakeholders at the B2B partner organisations
-
Hit annual revenue growth targets for the book of business
Responsibility & Tasks:
-
Manage an existing book of institutional clients and wholesale partners with primary focus on Australia partners
-
Fully understand the nature of a client’s business
-
Build and maintain close relationships with senior key stakeholders relevant to Saxo
-
Find potential opportunities within these organisations where Saxo’s solutions and services will be relevant to their business growth
-
Be deeply involved in partner’s growth strategies, go-to-market plans, including sales and marketing initiatives
-
Design joint growth plans together with key stakeholders at the partner organisation leveraging corresponding solutions and services at Saxo
-
Track, enhance and deliver on partner growth plans
-
Proactive involvement of specialist teams (solutions, products, sales trading, API, onboarding, compliance)
-
Work with the Account Management team to constantly improve business processes and service levels
-
Be the key escalation point for unresolved issues with clients
Competence Requirement:
-
Degree holder with >10 years in the financial technology, brokerage, wealth management or investment space
-
Candidates who already obtain CMFAS RES1B, RES2B, RES 5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP will have added advantage.

Good understanding of retail wealth management, or retail brokerage businesses
-
Able to manage relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority (CEO to working level)
-
Solution oriented thinking with focus on leveraging technology, automation and scale
-
Good understanding in liquid capital markets product, e.g. equities, futures, options, FX.
-
Able to travel between Singapore and Australia on regular basis
-
Competency in Australian wealth management or brokerage industries will be a plus
