Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned marketing and communications professional to support our growth efforts by deepening client and prospect engagement across the financial services sector in Asia Pacific (APAC). You’ll lead the development and execution of events, content, and advertising initiatives tailored to this dynamic region. Join our international team of diverse, highly skilled marketers who are passionate about promoting Avaloq’s leading wealth management technology and services.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the APAC region in collaboration internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with the regional heads, sales and product colleagues enabling them to drive pipeline growth.
  • Plan and execute on activities with a strong focus on events, email, social media, and client success content.
  • Create engaging presentations about our offering and market trends for conference story telling.
  • Manage the APAC marketing and communications budget, and provide regular reporting on the performance.
  • Manage in-house regional lead management process from digital and traditional sources.

What You Need

  • In-depth understanding of the APAC region financial services landscape, with a demonstrated ability to activate marketing initiatives in these markets.
  • Proven track record in marketing and communications, including event coordination, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Established network within the APAC financial ecosystem, including media partners, conference organisers, and industry stakeholders.
