Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity within the Avaloq Marketing & Communications team. Join us and work with our international team of diverse, driven and highly skilled financial and technology marketers who are focused on supporting our clients, prospects, partners and industry to understand Avaloq’s complex, market leading and innovative products.

You will have the chance to help grow regional pipeline and create engaging experiences for our clients by implementing, engaging with, and advising the company strategy and approach.
Your key tasks:

  • Identify specific regional objectives and develop regional marketing strategies with support from the group marketing and communications team to enhance brand awareness and market presence
  • Build strong relationships with regional sales and product teams in order to support them with their client and prospect initiatives, aiming to grow the sales pipeline and achieve business targets
  • Plan and execute region-specific campaigns and activities – including events, email and social media campaigns and support in the creation of client success stories
  • Oversee the regional public relations and media relations functions ensuring positive coverage
  • Collaborate with partners to explore and develop potential initiatives that align with our strategic goals
  • Create reporting on campaign performance using your skills and experience to filter valuable information
  • Manage marketing and communications projects and liaise with external agencies
  • Manage the regional marketing and communications budget

Qualifications

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong proven track record of working in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific's and Middle Eastern's financial industry with the ability to communicate Avaloq’s solutions effectively within those locations
  • Strong proven track record within marketing and the ability to write and develop content, manage events and campaigns as well as successfully measuring their impact and ROI
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Excellent level of proficiency with the English language both written and verbal

It would be a real bonus if you have: 

  • High proficiency/native Mandarin speaker and writer
  • A foundational technical understanding of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or other CMS and CRM tools
