As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.

Job Description

Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders to conduct strategic intake sessions, define role requirements, assess organizational fit, and set clear search priorities for executive-level hiring.
  • Develop and implement tailored search strategies using market intelligence, competitor insights, and talent research to attract senior leadership talent.
  • Deliver high-quality executive shortlists by evaluating candidates against leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and business objectives.
  • Ensure a high-touch candidate experience through proactive communication, regular updates, and a personalized, professional recruitment process.
  • Advise hiring leaders on offer structuring, leveraging compensation benchmarking, internal equity, and market data.
  • Build and maintain executive talent pipelines to support current and future leadership hiring needs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters or researchers involved in executive search projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in executive recruitment within an executive search firm, RPO, or in-house talent acquisition function.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing platforms, executive networks, market mapping tools, and ATS/CRM systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence senior leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of executive compensation structures, talent market dynamics, and leadership assessment methodologies.
