ABOUT THE POSITION
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our R&D team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of two core product areas: Creative Tools and Development Tools. The Senior QA Engineer will lead testing strategies, providing guidance to junior QA team members, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver world-class solutions.

Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Creative Tools and Development Tools.

Develop test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for cloud-based and desktop environments.

Validate creative content generation features and collaboration tools.

Test integrations with IDEs and version control systems.

Verify role-based access control and administrative permissions across platforms.

Build and maintain automated test suites for regression and performance testing.

Guide junior QA engineers in best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Work with R&D engineers to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

5+ years in QA roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Proficiency in QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks(pytest, jest etc.)

Understanding integration and security of Rest API.

Experience in developing testing stage/components in CICD e.g. Gitlab

Hands-on experience with IDEs and version control systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor team members.

AI knowledge is a plus.

Understanding of AI technologies in the market is beneficial.

Experience on agent system evaluation is beneficial.
