We’re seeking a Senior Python Developer who obsesses over clean and scalable code. Join our teams in Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje, Prishtina or Sarajevo to help us solve complex problems, experiment with new tools, and push the limits of AI-powered development.

What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services with Python.
- Use AI-assisted, agentic, and spec-driven workflows to improve delivery quality, reduce rework, and increase engineering leverage.
- Contribute to AI-powered products and features, from LLM integrations to intelligent workflows and automation.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, QAs, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Take ownership of features from planning and implementation through testing, documentation, and delivery.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Actively explore new technologies and bring fresh ideas into the team.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in software development (3+ years with Python).
- Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot…) and agentic approaches, paired with the engineering judgment needed to validate the outcome.
- Focus on writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Passion for exploring new technologies and applying them in real-world projects.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English for effective collaboration with both your team and international clients.
Nice/Bonus if you've:
- Designed, built, or operated LLM-powered systems in production environments.
- Worked with evaluation, monitoring, or handling non-deterministic model behavior at scale.
