As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring overall project ownership and responsibility for coordinating a multiple person OTR matrix team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance and Services)
- Clarifying and communicate expectations to project team members and stakeholders.
- Presenting to Senior Leadership on Project status, key risks, costs vs budget etc
- Being the primary customer contact for the duration of each project
- Managing a network of internal and external resources (including contractors) in support of project execution
- Handling project risk management processes and developing and implementing project controls processes and tools.
- Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously , negotiate change orders with the customers
- Representing Baker Hughes professionally during all customer communications, Own and deliver risk management plans
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Technical Institute
- Have Proven 10 yr of industrial experience, with 5 yr of Project delivery and execution experience
- Be likely to have Project Management Cert (PMP)
- Have leadership experience and skills, Cooperation and interface management skills
- Have proven good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have understanding of basic financial concepts, Profit, Loss and Margin.
- Have knowledge and experience within Offshore/Service Operations.
- Have knowledge and experience of Oracle ERP
