Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of web application projects across the full project lifecycle. This role involves translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing resources and timelines, and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders, driving project execution while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring commercial viability.

• Review business requirements and IT solution specifications, and lead the team in developing detailed project plans
• Evaluate project plans to define timelines, cost estimates, and delivery procedures
• Manage end-to-end project execution, from request for proposal (RFP) through development, testing, and final delivery
• Ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality, productivity, and consistency
• Conduct regular project reviews and recommend adjustments to schedules, costs, or resource allocation where necessary
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with user and system requirements
• Track and manage project scope, changes, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Plan and manage resources across all phases, including requirements gathering, functional specification, testing, and user training
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and implementable
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
• Hold regular status meetings and provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage customer expectations, address escalations, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Ensure projects are commercially viable, including negotiating maintenance and change request (CR) pricing where applicable

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web application projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage customer stakeholders effectively
• Good understanding of software development processes; experience as a Software Developer or Business Analyst is an advantage
• Relevant domain experience aligned with the types of projects being delivered
• Ability to identify customer pain points and proactively address concerns and escalations
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project profitability and negotiate with clients
• PMP, ITPM, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred
