Job Responsibilities :

  • End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the entire product development cycle, including hardware development, software integration, testing, qualification, and packaging design.

  • Timeline and Budget Management: Plan project schedules, manage costs, track progress, and ensure all project documentation is in order.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with diverse teams such as Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, PR, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the final product meets the required quality standards and acceptance criteria.

  • Process Improvement: Conduct project reviews and optimize processes using methodologies like Agile/Scrum.

Pre-Requisites :
  • Bachelor’s (or diploma in some variants) in Engineering or related discipline

  • Minimum 3-5 years project management, product development, or engineering experience

  • Preferably some background in consumer electronics or hardware (or at least comfort with hardware + software product development)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across disciplines
