Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project leadership: from inception to delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, scope, and change requests
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Oversee payment integrations: SEPA, SWIFT, card transactions (VISA, Mastercard)
- Building effective processes of interaction between teams and external partners
- Prepare and maintain documentation, procedures, project plans, and reports
- Track progress and maintain visibility
- Ensure alignment with internal standards, security, and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in fintech or banking environment
- Strong knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, card transaction processing, and payment infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with VISA and Mastercard integration projects
- Solid understanding of core banking back-office operations and architecture
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards
- Experience using project management tools
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken
- Experience working with or supporting the Principal Membership application process (VISA / Mastercard)
- Background in integrating with payment gateways, processors, or core banking platforms
