About the Role

• Lead the planning and execution of OCC-driven MRA remediation initiatives focused on preventative controls for Insider Risk Management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking to ensure timely delivery of regulatory commitments.
• Manage project financials including budget planning, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for governance forums.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring transparent escalation and resolution processes.
• Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Fraud, HR, Technology, and Compliance functions to ensure cohesive remediation outcomes.
• Oversee documentation and validation of control design, implementation, and testing evidence to meet OCC expectations.
• Ensure strong adherence to governance, change control, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Support audit and regulatory readiness activities, including evidence collection and traceability for preventative controls.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple lines of defense and executive leadership teams.
• Drive alignment between technical control owners, policy teams, and business stakeholders.
• Promote structured delivery discipline and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Protect delivery practice.
