Your Career

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our JAPAC Go-To-Market Shared Services team. As a program owner, you will play a key role in leading, planning, and executing complex, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role oversees multiple projects, coordinates teams and resources, manages budgets and timelines, and ensures that all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Your Impact

  • Program Leadership: Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Project Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of related projects to ensure alignment with program objectives and organizational strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring expectations are met.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, operations, finance, and customer success.

  • Gap Management: Identify potential gaps and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts proactively.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and track program performance, providing regular updates and reports to executive leadership.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and methodologies.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and internal standards. 

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Analytical and comfortable dealing with data including data manipulation, data / statistical analysis to generate trends, forecasts, observations and reports/dashboards

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) with stakeholders across the organization

  • Strong business acumen and ability to grasp business requirements from stakeholders

  • Working across functional business units to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives

  • Experience: 5–10 years of program or project management experience
