Job DescriptionThe Build and Deployment Team at IFS R&D serves as the central hub, ensuring seamless integration of our entire solution. We drive the adoption of modern CI/CD pipelines, automate test environment delivery, and promote DevOps best practices across the R&D organization.
As a Program Manager, you will lead the team’s development efforts, ensuring that our investments deliver maximum value. Acting as the collective voice of our stakeholders, you will provide technical thought leadership and ensure strong adoption and satisfaction with our solutions.

QualificationsSuccess in this role is driven by mindset, leadership, and technical acumen. However, we also value a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) in a related field.
You’re likely either:
- A Senior Software or DevOps Engineer with deep technical expertise in Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, and Linux, coupled with a passion for leading teams toward continuous delivery.
- Or, a technical project manager, Scrum Master, or similar, with a strong background in agile development, quality assurance, and cross-team collaboration.
In both cases, you will play a key role in advancing IFS toward a true DevOps-driven organization. If you’re innovative, execution-oriented, and passionate about DevOps, you might be the perfect fit!
