  • Support Sales team to achieve / exceed annual targets and growth.
  • On-site application supports to customers.
  • Understand market trends, requirements and competitive situation.
  • Work closely with sales team to demonstrate product capabilities and applicability to the customer’s application needs throughout sales cycle- from pre-sales to getting orders as well as after-sales supports.
  • Pre-Sales: Understand customers’ needs and requirement, engage in technical discussion, provide solution-oriented demos, products, and demo results presentations, propose total solution, lead the compilation of applications and marketing materials for customers/users/ sales representatives.
  • After-Sales: Conduct practical training on hardware and software, product technology presentation relevant to instrumentation prior to hands on, troubleshooting, attend to users queries and support on method development.
  • Support sales marketing events e.g. user meetings, workshops, seminars to update products technology, chemistry
  • Support on annual sales activity based on company's strategic objectives to meet sales target by supporting Sales Leaders in developing new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts.
  • Maintain installed base customer satisfaction
  • Be the contact point of communication supporting and resolving customer enquiries and collaborate with service engineers.
  • Provide leads to sales by engagement with customers.
  • Involve in troubleshooting relating to instruments, application, and software.
  • Develop and update knowledge of competitor’s products and discuss with sales team to promote and sell products and services.
  • Provide training to overseas customers (scheduled)
  • Keep track of demo lab chemical inventory, etc
