We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our healthcare technology team based in India. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering teams to develop and deliver innovative technology solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role will focus on day-to-day collaboration with the development team while working closely with the product management team to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Working On:
- Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the team’s capacity
- User Stories: Create clear, detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to provide the development team with appropriate context and clarity
- Facilitation: Lead sprint ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, to drive alignment and effective team collaboration
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias towards experimentation and metrics-driven action
- Define and track product metrics to measure success and guide decision making
What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within an agile development environment
- Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited university
- Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Experience in healthcare technology or a regulated industry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for backlog and documentation management and collaboration tools like Miro, Figjam or LucidCharts to enable virtual collaboration
