Develop GTM plans for Radiation Oncology Solution portfolios as assigned. Business Management responsible for business plans, order results and forecast for the region. Owner of the assigned product portfolio within the APJ region.
Job Roles and Responsibility
- Develop GTM plans for Radiation Oncology Solution portfolios for both hardware and software as assigned and set the priorities for cross functional teams to unlock barriers e.g. building clinical evidence strategy, develop program and materials to train internal team on the operations and clinical benefits of products/solutions.
- Take ownership of the launch and post-launch by tracking the success & developing mitigation plans to address gaps.
- Driving the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and growth strategies.
- Must be able to provide Business Plans, orders results, and forecast for product portfolios for given products and region.
- Develop the upgrade strategy for product portfolios
- Support the Director of product marketing and business management in driving cross-sharing platforms, performance monitoring with Global/ APJ and other business management operations.
- Partnering with global and zones to discover and validate market problems to sharpen the value proposition, positioning and pricing for APJ markets.
- Understanding customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritizing customer segments and business opportunities to lead needs-based segmentation.
- Ability to drive deep through working with in-country marketing to lead execution in marketing plans, track and monitor success of marketing initiatives and increase customer adoption.
- Build the strategy to increase the awareness of the needs of Stereotactic Radiotherapy and its solution in the region. Train zone/country team for the execution of the related forum/symposium for the success.
- Be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales of the targeted product portfolios. This includes being the technical product/solution expert for the product portfolios, developing and presenting sales proposals, systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales.
- Support Regulatory Affairs in new product registration for responsible product/solution.
- Work together with GEO Marketing Team members, country marketing teams and Sales team to develop reference sites.
- Builds and maintains relationships with decision-makers in the health care system, government agencies, regulatory bodies, key opinion leaders and community to drive market shaping activities.
- Create and execute on training, tools and marketing collaterals (including brochure, sales PPT, white paper etc) to help the APJ region promote the value of product portfolio and for sales team to successfully sell value.
- Lead the existing clinical awareness program or forum to increase the awareness of the clinical needs within the region.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above. Oncology related or Business degree with extensive oncology or business management field acceptable.
- A total of over 5 years of experience in business management, product management, or related roles within a large healthcare or med-tech solutions company with a strong background in Oncology, preferred. Experience in a Radiation Oncology department with extensive expertise in treatment planning is a plus. Or a total of over 5 years of work experience in Radiation Oncology department with extensive expertise in treatment planning is accepted.

- Possesses high energy, self-directed, team player and detail oriented with a sense of excitement both internally and externally for our products and our company.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

- Demonstrate agility and a willingness to embrace continuous learning.
- Willing to travel >30% of the time. Flexibility to travel and work on the weekends as this position requires to support country in the entire APJ region.
- Flexible work hours due to global communication needs of the position which will involve some early morning and evening calls.
- Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Working Location: Any of the countries in Asia Pacific – Singapore/Japan/ Korea/ Malaysia/Thailand

- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop and lead a diverse group across various locations.
- Experience of GTM plan and business operations.
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of working within the Asia Pacific markets.
