Responsibilities
1. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for options/derivatives trading products, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
2. Drive product enhancements for options and related derivative instruments on the platform.
3. Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision and evolving market trends.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing.
5. Analyze market data, user feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize product performance.
6. Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements
1. Experience in options or trading products, with a solid understanding of trading products and user trading needs, deep expertise in options business is a strong plus.
2. Experience in traditional stock options trading product design, or hands-on options trading experience, is a plus.
3. Proven track record of independently driving a product from requirements/research through full launch — knows how to plan, drive iteration, and grow a product.
4. At least 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager / BA, preferably in trading, derivatives, or fintech.
5. Strong knowledge of trading products and financial markets; familiarity with options/derivatives is highly desirable.
