The Senior Product Manager will drive product initiatives for an automated trading platform, managing strategy, execution, and user experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision for automated trading, prioritizing the launch and optimization of Spot & Futures Grid Trading, DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging), Martingale, and Infinity Grid bots.
- Algorithmic Design: Collaborate with Quant Researchers to define the logic for technical indicators (e.g., RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands) and how they trigger automated buy/sell signals within our bot framework.
- Backtesting Infrastructure: Build and maintain high-fidelity backtesting engines that allow users to simulate strategy performance against historical tick data with precision.
- User-Centric UX: Translate complex mathematical parameters (e.g., arithmetic vs. geometric grids, trailing up/down, price ranges) into a seamless, "one-tap" mobile and web experience.
- Liquidity & Execution: Partner with the Matching Engine and Liquidity teams to optimize bot execution speed, minimize slippage, and manage high-frequency order updates.
- Social & Copy Trading: Explore and implement social features, allowing users to discover, share, and copy high-performing bot configurations within a secure environment.
- Risk Controls: Implement advanced safeguard mechanisms, including dynamic stop-losses, cooling-off periods, and "Neutral" market settings to protect users during extreme volatility.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience in a high-growth Fintech or Crypto environment, with at least 2 years specifically focused on automated trading, robo-advisors, or quantitative tools. AI tooling experience is a plus.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of quantitative strategies, including Mean Reversion, Trend Following, and Arbitrage. You should be comfortable explaining the math behind a Martingale strategy or a Fibonacci retracement.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with APIs (REST/WebSocket) and a strong understanding of how bots interact with exchange order books and rate limits.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar) to analyze bot performance, user retention, and the impact of automated trading on overall exchange volume.
- Execution Excellence: Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from PRD to post-launch optimization in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
- Passion for Crypto: Active trader or bot user who understands the nuances of the crypto market, from funding rates in perpetuals to gas fees in DeFi.
