Senior Product Director, Consumer Experience

As Senior Director of Product for three of our main brands (foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti), you will define and lead the future of the consumer experience across platforms used by tens of millions of customers globally.

You will own the strategy, product, and execution for how customers discover, decide, and order, and how AI fundamentally transforms that journey.

This role combines category-defining product vision, organizational leadership, and hands-on product excellence. You will work directly with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

Your mission

Articulate a category-defining product vision

• Set a bold, multi-year vision for the consumer experience, leveraging AI to reinvent how customers discover and order food and groceries

• Identify and pursue step-change opportunities that unlock meaningful growth in conversion, retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value

• Anticipate where customer expectations and technology are going — and ensure we lead, not follow

Build and lead an exceptional product organization

• Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class team of Product Managers

• Raise the bar for product thinking, craft, and execution across the organization

• Establish AI-native product development practices that dramatically increase team velocity and effectiveness

• Create a culture of extreme ownership, ambition, and customer obsession

Deliver impact at global scale

• Own one of the company’s most critical product areas, with responsibility for core business metrics and customer outcomes

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business leaders to deliver innovative, high-quality products at speed

• Personally engage in the most important product decisions, opportunities, and inflection points

Be a strategic leader and force multiplier

• Act as a trusted partner to senior executives and organizational leadership

• Drive alignment across teams, functions, and regions

• Help shape not only what we build, but how our entire product organization operates in the age of AI

This role is designed for exceptional product leaders who want to operate at scale and define the future of a category.

• 10+ years of product management experience building world-class consumer products

• 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing product teams

• Track record of owning and growing large product areas with clear, measurable business impact

• Experience operating in fast-moving, high-complexity environments

• Proven experience integrating AI into customer-facing products (e.g., personalization, recommendations, search, conversational interfaces, automation), and/or

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to transform product development speed, quality, and decision-making

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across large organizations

• High standards, strong ownership, and bias for action

• Experience in marketplaces, eCommerce, on-demand delivery, or other scaled consumer platforms a plus
