Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Poland. This role can be performed remotely or onsite in our office in Gdańsk. You can also work remotely worldwide for a maximum of 90 days per year.
As a Senior Product Designer on Atlassian's Cloud Transitions team, you'll independently lead high impact design projects that help organizations seamlessly move to and thrive on Atlassian's cloud platform. You'll shape end to end experiences that reduce friction and accelerate enterprise cloud adoption, collaborating across disciplines to deliver user centric, scalable solutions. This role is pivotal to Atlassian's mission of enabling continuous change for customers, and you'll be expected to mentor peers, drive craft excellence, and influence both team and company-wide outcomes as Atlassian empowers customers to adapt and grow in a cloud-first world.
