Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of Product Design, including PRD review, experience design, and UAT phases.
  • Deliver high-quality interface designs for specific functional modules using Figma, ensuring both efficiency and excellence.
  • Collaborate independently with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Partner with other Product Designers to continuously update and maintain component libraries in response to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in designing consumer-facing products across multiple platforms (mobile app and web) in the crypto or financial sector.
  • Experience with redesign projects, with the ability to balance and transition between old and new design systems.
  • Expertise in Figma, especially in auto-layout and component systems, with a strong understanding of Web and H5 adaptation specifications, as well as iOS and Android platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively to balance costs and project benefits.
  • Adaptable to a startup culture that values efficiency and impact.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
