Drive impact at the intersection of process innovation, sustainability, digitalization in Procurement Engineering and Electronics Manufacturing.
We're looking for an ambitious and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to drive Sustainability Agenda by the LEGO Group within a difficult procurement category dealing with electronics components subject to geo political sensitive areas and domains, also provide the Digital and Business process structure for the different departments to be effective and efficient in their day-to-day work — it's a chance to spearhead cross-functional collaboration, navigate complex global projects, and shape the resilience of our supply base in a dynamic, fast paced environment!
Core Responsibilities:Lead implementation of Corporate Sustainability program within the Procurement Engineering and the Electronics Manufacturing teams
- Represent Sustainability within P&EM LT and represent P&EM within Corporate Sustainability and Procurement Sustainability teams
- Drive communiation towards the supplier base via the key account managers (KAM s) and under content facilitation by the respective Sustainability offices
- Manage Supplier Hub on suppliers emission data submission related to LEGO activities and products
- Be instrumental in driving suppliers with KAM s towards LEGO specific product carbon footprints (PCF s)
- Drive the decorbanisation initiatives pipelines towards successful supplier implementation together with the KAM
- Co develop new methodologies with the corporate office and lead their deployment within the P&EM organisation and supplier base
- Manage the implementation within P&EM of responsible business procurement following the corporate RBP guidelines
Drive business procurement & electronics manufacturing process mapping for P&EM team
- Define with P&EM category directors the relevant procurement processes in alignment with procurement transformation office and map them in SAP Signivio where the P&EM differentiation (when applicable) is clearly described
- Define with P&EM Electronics Manufacturing and Planning processes with EMS, Process E and SP&L directors in alignment with operations transformation office and map them in SAP Signivio where the EMS differentiation (when applicable) is clearly described
Be the Digitalisation driver within P&EM
- Be the COUPA expert both on sourcing and contracting events business process mapping as well as use of Coupa
- Lead P&EM related Digital Technology programs in coordination with Procurement Digital Office
- Lead IT infrastructure related P&EM programs with Corporate IT and Security
Drive special sourcing events allocated by P&EM VP
Participate as full time member of P&EM LT and co-drive the P&EM LT agenda and PULSE ambitions
Do you have what it takes?- 5+ years experience in Sustainability and Digitalisation. Sustainability is the “must have”
- Business process mapping and acquitained in working with business process mapping tools: SAP Signivio, JIRA, Confluence, Mirro
- Coupa procurement digitalisation experience is very much appreciated
- Demonstrated success in growing assigned projects
- Experience on global working environment to drive project and portfolio management
- Self-starter and able to function effectively under pressure and will have the ability to multi-task
- Leadership: strategically aligning team goals with organizational objectives, fostering innovation, and effectively managing change. They should also exhibit strong mentorship and coaching abilities, cultivates a high-performance culture, and demonstrate resilience in navigating complex challenges and driving sustainable growth

They should also excel in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, and making high-impact decisions to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage
