Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Client Executive to join our Media team. The role will focus on managing key client relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless delivery of integrated media solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day client communications, supporting campaign execution, and contributing to the growth of client accounts. This role plays a key part in strengthening long-term partnerships, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting the client’s commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with your line manager to understand the client’s business objectives and media planning.
Focuses on day-to-day execution
Provides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking
Primarily develop, deliver, and maintain digital media plans based on a deep understanding of client goals and objectives.
Work closely with ad trafficking team, site tagging team, ad ops team & campaign tagging team where necessary.
For self-served platforms, ensure that campaigns are setup and executed accurately based on signed plans.
For managed service medias, ensure that the relevant third parties are brief accurately and to follow up on media execution in a timely manner.
Ensure all campaigns are monitored closely & pacing well.
Timely delivery and upkeep of all relevant reporting systems and templates (media plans, interim reports reports).
Management of post campaign reporting that quantifies the value of the media strategy.
Requirement:
1-2 years’ experience in a Performance, social media or media planning team or at least internship experience in agency
Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients, and media owners
Literacy, for writing reports and presentations.
Ability to work with databases and spreadsheets and PowerPoint, for the collection and management of information.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proactive approach with an affinity for learning and self-development
Team player
Ability to work with fast-paced SG clients and proactively communicate and solve problems
Resilient when faced with challenging situations
