About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Partner Account Management Lead based in North America to drive strategic partnerships and maximize the commercialization and adoption of Chainlink Labs product suite. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with Priority partners based in the Americas, aligning objectives, and orchestrating joint initiatives to optimize client adoption and revenue generation across Chainlink Labs verticals. The position will also encompass managing our Broader Global Partner Ecosystem and supporting our accelerator program BUILD.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of partnership strategy expertise, web3 and blockchain technical acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The Partner Account Manager Lead - North America will report directly to the Global Head of Partner Ecosystems and work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and partner success.

Your Impact
1. Strategic Partner Relationship Management

Own and manage relationships with Priority Partners in the Americas, ensuring alignment with Chainlink Labs' strategic objectives.

Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners to accelerate blockchain adoption and revenue growth.

Act as the primary point of contact for key partner accounts, facilitating communication, enablement, and collaboration.

Structure and execute co-marketing, co-development, and co-selling initiatives with strategic partners.

Negotiate and optimize commercial agreements to maximize value for both Chainlink Labs and its partners.
2. Global Partner Ecosystem Management & Acceleration

Oversee and scale the Broader Global Partner Ecosystem, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement for a diverse range of partners.

Support and enhance the BUILD accelerator program, helping emerging blockchain projects leverage Chainlink technology for growth.

Manage and enhance Chainlink Labs’ partner marketplace and develop a scalable and value-added virtuous partner program.

Collaborate with ecosystem teams to drive developer education, incentives, and product adoption across the Web3 space.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Execution

Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define and implement scalable partnership programs.

Develop KPI-driven frameworks to measure partnership impact, adoption rates, and revenue contribution.

Provide regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
Qualifications
Must:
-
7+ years of experience in partner account management, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably within blockchain, fintech, SaaS, or cloud services.

Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, DeFi, and smart contract ecosystems.

Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Strong negotiation, contract structuring, and relationship management skills.

Experience leading joint GTM initiatives and managing co-selling or co-marketing programs.

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
Preferred:

Experience working with blockchain infrastructure providers, Layer 1s/2s, DeFi protocols, or enterprises exploring Web3 solutions.

Familiarity with on-chain data, decentralized finance (DeFi), cross-chain interoperability, and oracle networks.

Hands-on experience in accelerator/incubation programs or ecosystem-building initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to partnership success measurement.
